Refund Policy
We only accept refunds under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The supplier approves and accepts the refund request.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with the product.
- The product not meeting personal expectations or standards.
- Buyer’s remorse or simply not liking the item after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order information. Once the supplier reviews and approves the claim, we will process the refund accordingly.
